Al-Ajeah, meaning "the woman" in Bedouin dialect, was founded in 2021 by Maysam El Faisel, a Bedouin lifestyle blogger.
She established the brand to address the struggle of finding swimwear that suits her lifestyle. Like many women who dress modestly yet love the outdoors, swimming, and staying fashionable, she found it challenging to find swimwear that combined all these elements.
This desire for stylish, modest swimwear inspired her to create her innovative start-up.

Her mission is to inspire women worldwide. As a lover of travel and adventure, she wanted to design a high-quality, stylish, and comfortable collection.
